Job Title: Permit Processor,
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented canidate with expierience in preparing and submitting building permit applications.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Permit Application & Coordination:
•
Prepare and submit permit applications for construction projects.
•
Communicate with local authorities and agencies to ensure permits are issued promptly.
•
Maintain accurate records of permits and approvals for each project.
•
Notary (if applicable):
•
If not already a notary, complete the necessary certification and obtain a notary stamp.
•
Provide notary services for contracts, documents, and other business needs (after obtaining certification).
Qualifications:
•
Proven experience in a construction office pulling permits.
•
Strong understanding of construction processes, permitting, and project scheduling.
•
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
•
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
•
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
•
Attention to detail and accuracy.
•
Notary certification is a plus (if not currently a notary, company will cover the cost of classes and certification).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
