Construction Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of rooftop solar, roofing, and electrical construction projects across California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy systems, roofing construction methods, and electrical installation practices. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the flexibility to travel to job sites across the state.

Fair and equitable compensation. There are a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current annual salary range is $93,000-$115,000.
