SALARY RANGE

The Starting Salary Range For These Positions Are

Construction Manager I; $68,240 - $85,300 (based on qualifications). With tenure and strong performance in this role an employee may earn up to a maximum of $102,360, annualized.

Construction Manager II; $83,680 - $104,600 (based on qualifications). With tenure and strong performance in this role an employee may earn up to a maximum of $125,520, annualized.

Construction Manager III: $100,400 - $125,500 (based on qualifications). With tenure and strong performance in this role an employee may earn up to a maximum of $150,600, annualized.

Introductory Period: New employees holding regular positions must complete an introductory period of twelve months.
