About This Job

Seeking a Construction Manager with JOC experience to join our growing Chicago, IL team!

All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US and will not require current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

•

Supervision and oversight directing construction projects from start to completion.

•

Review the project plans and specifications, building design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures and potential construction problems.

•

Prepare the general conditions budget.

•

Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.

•

Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.

•

Meet contractual conditions of performance.

•

Establish meeting timetables.

•

Review the work progress on daily basis.

•

Review the project in depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.

•

Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to the job status.

•

Plan ahead to prevent problems, manage and mitigate risks.

•

Review all requests for information, change requests, etc. and issue appropriate response.
