Construction Manager - 3 months

Job Summary

The Construction Manager is responsible for ensuring safety and quality on behalf of the client for civil and foundation construction for solar work. This role involves tracking progress, creating daily reports and ensuring contractor is maintaining a safe and organized environment. Will be generating daily reports to send out to all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil construction and solar work.

Responsibilities

- Observe and report on daily civil operations

- Ensure safety in civil operations

- Provide daily report and send to all stakeholders discussing safety topics and civil construction progress.

- Safety is priority number one and need to be competent in civil operations.

Qualifications

- OSHA 30 certificate

- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel..

- Strong knowledge of civil and swppp operations and best practices.

- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate across departments.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
