Duties

•

Conduct thorough Electrical inspections of construction sites to ensure adherence to building codes and safety regulations.

•

Review blueprints, schematics, and other project documents to verify compliance with design specifications.

•

Collect and analyze data related to construction processes and materials used.

•

Monitor quality control measures throughout the construction phases to ensure high standards are maintained.

•

Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to address any issues or discrepancies found during inspections.

•

Prepare detailed reports documenting inspection findings and recommendations for corrective actions.

•

Assist in the management of construction contracts by ensuring all work performed aligns with contractual obligations.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience in Electrical construction inspection

•

Strong understanding of Electrical construction management principles and practices.

•

Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation of schematics.

•

Familiarity with quality control processes within the construction industry.

•

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations effectively.

•

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

•

Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $31.00 - $40.00 per hour
