We are looking for a full-time Accounting Assistant for our Salt Lake City Office.
Responsibilities
The Accounting Clerk will perform the following tasks in a fast paced construction environment:
•Collect subcontractor lien waivers in a timely fashion
•Data entry for subcontractor invoices and miscellaneous receipts
•Ensure subcontractor and vendor insurance certificates and W9s are up to date
•Update, when necessary, all customer information in computer system.
•Daily calls/emails for assigned accounts.
•Must be well organized and detail oriented.
•Other office duties as assigned and requested
Qualifications
•2+ years of data entry experience with at least 1 year experience in the construction industry preferred.
•Experience with lien waivers preferred
•Excellent Written and Oral Communication skills required.
•Outstanding Customer Service skills
•Strong attention to details
•Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
•Competent in use of software, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
•QuickBooks experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
