Overview

The Miami, FL office of Lewis Brisbois is seeking a Conflicts Attorney to work in the Conflicts Department within the Office of General Counsel. They will be responsible for reviewing conflict check reports and identifying, advising, analyzing and resolving potential conflicts of interest and working directly with attorneys to clear conflicts related to the hiring of new partners, associates, paralegals, and other firm hires. This position ensures new hires are compliant with the Firm's conflicts and risk management policies and procedures. There are no billable hour requirements for this position.

Position Requirements:* Juris Doctorate degree (JD) and active member of the Bar, in good standing, in the State of Florida.
