We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Polisher/Epoxy Coating Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in concrete surface preparation, polishing, and epoxy floor coating applications for commercial and residential projects.
Responsibilities
•
Prepare concrete surfaces for polishing and coating
•
Operate grinders, burnishers, and other equipment safely and effectively
•
Apply epoxy coatings, stains, and sealers
•
Ensure high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction
•
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
•
Collaborate with team members and follow project timelines
Requirements
•
Minimum 2 years of experience in concrete polishing and/or epoxy floor coatings
•
Familiarity with surface preparation tools and techniques
•
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
•
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
•
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
•
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
•
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
•
OSHA certification or safety training
