Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. As a Concrete Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the construction process, ensuring that concrete is poured, finished, and maintained to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities
•
Assist in preparing and setting up job sites for concrete pouring.
•
Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications.
•
Mix, pour, and finish concrete according to established guidelines.
•
Operate various tools and equipment related to concrete work safely and efficiently.
•
Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all work meets project standards.
•
Collaborate with team members to manage tasks effectively on-site.
•
Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project duration.
•
Contribute to construction estimating processes by providing accurate material requirements.
Requirements
•
Proven experience in concrete labor or related construction fields is preferred.
•
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and construction processes.
•
Familiarity with quality control measures in construction projects.
•
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
•
Experience with budgeting and contract management is a plus.
•
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks consistently throughout the day.
•
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.50 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
