We are looking to add an experienced Concrete Finisher to our team! The Concrete Finisher is responsible for performing finishing tasks, as well as general labor at construction sites. They may operate hand and power tools of all types, including air hammers, grinders, cutting tools, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, and a wide variety of other equipment and tools. Some of the job duties include:
•Ensure proper materials and Personal Protective Equipment is provided
•Knowledge of all work and materials to be used ahead of time on job site
•Maintain a safe and productive job site
•Understand and be able to complete work at an acceptable level in three or more of the following tasks: concrete finishing, setting forms, sandblasting, patching, gunite, specialty coating application, fluid applied waterproofing, painting, and specialty finishes
•Perform manual work functions associated with specific jobs
•Maintain working relationships with crew members and other on-site companies
•Prepare and cleanup the job site on a daily basis
•Daily responsibilities include prepare and grind surfaces, clean and prepare job sites, mix materials, traffic control, demolition, demobilize work areas, and operate necessary power tools as needed
•Hours may be required outside of normal office hours
•Must report to work at designated location and time
•Perform other duties as assigned
•Ability to use and demonstrate use of tools

•High accuracy in work, attention to detail
•Provel oral and written skills
•Reliability and thirst for learning
•Ability to travel as needed
•Required tools: Finishing tools, dust brush, razor knife, flat razor scraper, 5-in-1 tool, screwdrivers, hammer, wire brush, water nozzle - Company can help procure as needed
