Responsibilities:
•Set up new users in Microsoft tenant
•Create and manage projects and tasks in Asana
•Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain desktops, laptops, and tablets (Lenovo, Dell, HP)
•Install, modify, and support computer hardware and software
•Provide onsite technical support and respond to service emails
•Perform inventory management and track IT equipment
•Prioritize and manage daily support tickets and work orders
•Participate in rotating on-call IT tech support
•Escalate issues when necessary and document resolutions
•Follow company IT policies and procedures
Qualifications:
•2–5 years of experience in computer repair and support
•High School Diploma or equivalent required
•Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
•Experience with Lenovo, Dell, HP systems
•Comfortable working with minimal supervision
•Willingness to travel as needed
•Reliable attendance and professional demeanor
Preferred (Not Required):
•Experience with networking equipment (routers, switches, VPNs, servers)
•Familiarity with Asana and Microsoft 365 admin tools
