Summary/Objective:
The Compliance Coordinator will work within the Human Resources team, to ensure compliance across multiple platforms: Motive Fleet Management, Samba Safety MVR monitoring, safety and HR training, as well as other ad hoc projects that support the company’s missions of safety, continuity, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
•Actively monitor the Motive fleet management system for vehicle accidents, near-misses, and other documented unsafe driving acts.
•Investigate then promptly report Motive incidents to HR, Safety, and local branch management
•Monitor driver records within the Samba Safety database
•Investigate each notification of driver status change within Samba to ensure continued compliance with GFT driver requirements
•Monitor monthly branch fuel consumption based off fuel reports received from Fleet; investigate consumption concerns based on numbers that appear out of the ordinary.
•Work closely with the Service leaders (Director, VP) to maintain/audit employee access to external vendor sites and other secure sites both internally and externally
•Provide frequent communication to branch leaders regarding required trainings within third party database (SafetyPlus Web); escalate locations that need attention to HR leadership
•Other responsibilities will be determined as the company grows and compliance needs evolve.

General Position Information:
This position operates in an office environment (remote or in-office). Working hours are M-F, 8-5. This position requires the use of the computer, email, and phone. This is a primarily sedentary role.
