Compliance and Fulfillment Assistant

Griffin Armament is an industry-leading manufacturing technology company in the firearms market segment and is seeking a motivated and positive individual to join our Watertown, Wisconsin team. The position is a 1st shift position and falls under the operations manager for workflow and management.

Griffin Armament is a clean, climate-controlled environment that specializes in metal manufacturing. We are also about to start construction on a new state-of-the-art facility to provide the best working conditions for our hard working employees.

We pride ourselves on quality, efficiency, and accuracy. All team members work efficiently but the work atmosphere is fairly relaxed. Effective communication and respect for all are required.

We have a thriving team environment and are selective when we add team members to our company.

This job provides a variety of different work responsibilities surrounding order fulfillment and government compliance. The Admin and Compliance Assistant will be required to achieve company standards for accuracy of data transmission, quality, and productivity. Compensation is dependent on experience.

Job Responsibilities (Training will be provided for all):

Training and support will be given to ensure your success. The ideal candidate will be motivated, attentive, and a will have general working knowledge of basic computer skills. Your work day will be split between seated office work and teamwork on your feet. This is a good job for someone who doesn't want to stand on their feet all day but doesn't want to sit in a chair all day either.

We all work hard but have a fun time doing it. We do not micromanage so you must be a self-starter and have the ability to manage yourself with little oversight.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
