Community Sales Rep

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Community Sales Representatives. In this role, you’ll engage directly with residents in your local area to offer essential energy services. This is a performance-based, commission-only opportunity—ideal for individuals who want control over their income and rapid advancement potential.

We train; You earn. No experience needed.

Key Responsibilities:

· Visit residential neighborhoods to present and enroll customers in energy programs

· Clearly communicate service benefits and answer customer questions

· Submit accurate customer information for approval

· Follow up on leads and maintain positive customer relationships

· Attend team meetings and sales training sessions

Qualifications:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

· Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with people face-to-face

· Must be reliable and consistent in attendance and performance

· Bilingual is a plus but not required
