Ensure lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and safe work practices are strictly followed during all commissioning activities.
Work with a team of technicians and operators during commissioning execution, providing hands-on leadership in the field.
Liaise with vendors and OEM representatives to support functional testing, troubleshooting, and system tuning.
Manage system progress tracking using project completions tools (smart completions)

Completed pre-startup and functional test reports (e.g., protection relay testing, loop checks, load tests)
Risk assessments, toolbox talks, and job hazard analyses related to electrical work
Daily execution updates, look-ahead plans, and progress reports for CSU leadership
Input to final system documentation, redline markups, and lessons learned
