Position Overview:
We are seeking a confident, self-motivated Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, enjoys selling premium services, and wants to earn uncapped commissions in a high-value market. You’ll be responsible for nurturing leads, qualifying potential clients, and closing design packages ranging from $25,000 to $300,000+.
Responsibilities:
•Qualify incoming leads from our website, social media, paid ads, and referrals to ensure alignment with our high-end design services
•Conduct discovery calls to understand the client’s vision, goals, lifestyle needs, and budget expectations
•Educate prospects on the benefits of our 2D and 3D design packages, concierge project management, and our proven design process
•Present proposals and guide clients through the decision-making process with clarity, professionalism, and confidence
•Follow up consistently with leads to build trust and move them toward contract signing
•Maintain CRM records and pipeline activity accurately using GoHighLevel (or similar tools)
•Coordinate with our lead designer to ensure a seamless handoff once contracts are signed
•Hit monthly revenue targets by focusing on quality conversations and closing high-ticket design packages ($5,000–$50,000+)
•Reach out to landscape construction companies, builders, and contractors to offer our professional design services as an extension of their team
•Earn commission on each company partnership you help establish, with ongoing earning potential for every design we complete for them
•Collaborate with marketing and leadership to provide feedback on messaging, pricing, and client objections
•Represent Prolific Design and Manage as a trusted guide who helps clients and partners unlock the full potential of their outdoor spaces
Requirements:
•Proven experience in sales (real estate, design, or luxury services preferred)
•Excellent communication and listening skills
•Driven, organized, and able to work independently
•Comfortable using CRM tools (experience with GoHighLevel or similar is a plus)
•Passion for design, architecture, or luxury living is a major bonus
Job Type: Commission
Pay: $5,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
