Base Compensation: Start at $30,000.00 (with commissions potential annual earnings between $70K - $90K)

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
•As a Commercial Account Sales Representative with Carolina Cool, LLC you will provide the following services:
•Call on current and potential commercial customers to provide estimates on preventative maintenance.
•Handle all sales leads furnished by the company in a timely and professional manner communicating the disposition of each lead with the Sales Manager and Sales Coordinator.
•Develop and select prospects in assigned territory from account file, list of firms with possible need, and from potential customers who have requested service(s).
•Develop leads through networking and cold calling. Resources will include networking groups like GBN, BNI, etc.
•Calls on prospects to explain all services offered by Carolina Cool, LLC
•Prepares contract for customers including such information as brand of equipment, model numbers, serial numbers etc.
•Quotes price and obtains written consent of customer.
•Follows through with complete customer care relationship
•Must develop knowledge and experience in all aspects of the equipment and services Carolina Cool, LLC has to offer.
•Be available for weekly sales and office meetings. Participate in company’s networking sponsorship programs, marketing shows, sponsorship events, etc.
•Responsible for knowing the company’s sales policies and procedures.
•Other duties as assigned.
