Commercial Painter

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and be able to work on a variety of projects.

Duties:

- Prepare surfaces for painting such as scraping, sanding, and filling holes

- Apply paint or other finishes using hand tools or spray equipment

- Mix and match colors for touch-ups and complete projects

- Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment

- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Skills:

- Proficiency in construction painting techniques

- Ability to read and interpret schematics for painting projects

- Experience with concrete finishing and plastering

- Knowledge of frame carpentry for preparation work

- Familiarity with construction estimating for material needs

- Skilled in using hand tools for various tasks

- Capability to weld when necessary

- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes

- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients
