Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients. You will leverage your expertise in construction sales to identify customer needs, and negotiate contracts. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, has a strong understanding of current building practices and possesses excellent communication skills.
Duties
•Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company objectives and targets.
•Conduct direct sales activities, including prospecting new clients
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
•Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
•Collaborate with management to refine strategies and improve overall performance.
•Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
Requirements
•Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the construction field.
•Strong account management skills with a track record of successfully managing client relationships.
•Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
•Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
•A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts and new markets.
This is a W-2 position
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 32 – 50 per week
