Commercial Drone Pilot

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drone Pilot to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of aviation principles, mechanical knowledge, and experience in operating drones for various applications. This role requires proficiency in filming and photography. The successful candidate will contribute to our projects by capturing high-quality aerial imagery while adhering to Federal Aviation Regulations.

Duties

- Operate a drone to capture aerial imagery of an event and large groups. Posing and proper framing of groups is a must

- Operate a drone to capture video of a sports event (permission by city and event has already been granted)

- Professionally edit video into 1.5 minute highlight reel

- Collaborate with team members to plan flight paths and capture specific imagery as required by project specifications.

- This is a work for hire and will not be used toward any portfolio. All rights of imagery are that of the hiring company.

- This is a 1099 independent contract

Experience

- Proven experience as a Drone Pilot with a strong portfolio showcasing aerial photography and filming work. (provide portfolio)

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per week

- Available to work Monday, Sept. 15th through Friday Sept. 19th, 9am-5pm each day

- Provide a list of drones and capabilities along with proof of liability insurance. Include link to portfolio and relevant work experience.

Experience:

- Aerial Photography: 5 years (Required)

- Aerial Videography: 5 years (Required)

- Video editing: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

- Remote Pilot Certificate (Required)
