Commercial Construction Superintendent

We are an Engineering and residential/commercial construction company on the West Palm Beach area. We need a team member to join our growing company supporting our projects. From the day of commencement, you will be engaging on commercial construction environment.

Applicant must:

1. Have 4+ years of experience on commercial building and renovation(government contracts).

2. Shall be able to read construction documents and establish a quality control plan.

3. Responsible for daily reports and be able to manage basic understanding of Excel, Word and general computer tools not limited to scheduling, emailing, etc.. PROCORE is a +.

4. Experience with managing demanding clients and offering creative solution to meet commitments and requests.

5. Experiences in implementing safety plan to comply with OSHA standards.

6. Coordinate schedule with sub-contractors, consultants, inspector, and vendors to complete each project on time.

7. Willing to be flexible in schedule to manage high priority tasks as needed.

8. Detail and result oriented for each feature of work on the construction process.

9. Hardworking, ambitious and organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,797.83 - $91,283.41 per year
