You will be a part of a team of motivated professionals, supporting our 350,000-barrel-per-day upgrader. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the safe and reliable operation of our Upgrading Delayed Coking Unit assets.
As a Process Operator, you will play a vital role in the Conduct of Safe Operations (CoSO) process – a process within Suncor’s Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS) that provides consistent expectations for safe and reliable operations, twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days a week.
Suncor's operations include oil sands development, production and upgrading; offshore oil and gas; petroleum refining in Canada and the U.S.; and the company's Petro-Canada retail and wholesale distribution networks (including Canada's Electric Highway™, a coast-to-coast network of fast-charging electric vehicle stations).
