Position Summary
The Coil Tubing Supervisor I is responsible for providing overall direction to Coil Tubing employees; ensuring Coil Tubing employees represent the company in a professional manner; and ensuring quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
Essential Job Functions
•Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing project assignments.
•Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness by complying with all applicable safety procedures and regulations.
•Provide instruction to coil tubing employees regarding job assignments.
•Promote the quality improvement process in the coil tubing division.
•May assist senior operators in training less experienced employees on company coil tubing operations and safety procedures.
•Maintain constant presence on field sites to ensure standards are maintained.
•Supervise field staff, including executing performance reviews, disciplinary procedures, and compliance.
Skills and Qualifications
•High school education or equivalent.
•Minimum 7 years of industry-related experience, including experience leading and managing teams in field operations environments.
•Ability to read and interpret standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
•Ability to work in extreme weather and physical conditions.
•Strong oral and written communication skills.
•Strong mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of all tools and equipment utilized by the oil and gas industry.
•Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

•OSHA 30-Hour Part 1910 and 1926
•HAZWOPER 40HR certification
