Night Shift Supervisor

- Responsible for night shift operations of coater and dye house including productivity, efficiency, and safety. - Oversee 25+ employees to ensure objectives are met to include job training and time management.

- Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment.

- Train any new employees as needed.

- Identify any quality issues/problems and suggest/implement improvements.

- Must speak English and Spanish fluently.
