The workplace is located in Nunavik, and the regular work schedule is a 4-week rotation, consisting of 2 working weeks (84 hours per week, 7 days per week) followed by 2 weeks off.

Reporting to the Superintendent, the Concentrator Operations Supervisor will be responsible for their activity sector, and main responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of plant operators to ensure the plant is operated in accordance with established budgets and Health, Safety & Environmental objectives;
- Supervising staff in the following sectors: crushing, grinding, flotation, thickeners, filter presses, reagents, and tailings;
- Planning daily operations while efficiently managing manpower;
- Contributing to the production of various weekly reports;
- Conducting performance evaluations and managing the hiring process for their team;
- Performing any other duties deemed necessary to ensure the smooth operation of concentrator activities.
- College diploma (DEC) in a relevant field and a minimum of 6 years of related experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office software;
- Experience in operating an industrial process (mining/concentrator, metals, pulp & paper, chemical/petrochemical);
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license;
- Due to frequent interactions with French-speaking team members, bilingualism (French/English) is an asset to facilitate and enhance internal communications.
