We are seeking Second Shift -Press Brake Operators to set up and operate CNC press brake machines in support of our production operations. This role is essential in ensuring accurate bending and forming of sheet metal components, maintaining high quality standards, and meeting customer deadlines.
- Shift Premium: $1.00 premium for all second-shift team members.
- Work Schedule: Standard schedule consists of four (4) 10-hour shifts.
- Overtime: Team members are currently averaging 5–7 hours of overtime on Fridays.
- Bonus Opportunities: Team members are eligible for two (2) bonuses throughout the calendar year.

- Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend sheet metal according to job specifications.
- Select and install appropriate tools, dies, and materials for each job.
- Monitor machine operations, making necessary adjustments to ensure consistent product quality.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders accurately.
- Measure and inspect finished pieces to ensure conformance with specifications and tolerances.
- Understand how bend allowances and tolerances relate to the final product.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow company safety standards and report any hazards or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Keep accurate production records and communicate issues promptly.
- Work closely with other operators and team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Interest in press brake operations or formal training in metal forming/bending.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, with a willingness to learn measurement and tolerance requirements.
- Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Proactive, action-oriented mindset with strong customer service focus.
- Team player with an engaging personality and ability to build positive relationships with coworkers.
- Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience operating press brakes.
- 2+ years of experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment desirable but not required.- Proven experience meeting deadlines in a production environment.
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints.
