If you are a

looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based at our

location, you will be responsible for the operation and basic troubleshooting of CNC equipment and automation to meet safety, quality, cost, and production goals. Support all manufacturing and maintenance groups as needed. Direct and develop hourly employees within the area and take ownership of 5S activities and line reliability.

Approximately 1600 employees work in Sidney, who all support a multitude of business functions.
