The CNC Machine Operator (Punch Brake) is responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce precision parts in accordance with production schedules and quality standards. This role supports timely order fulfillment and ensures the consistent quality of our products. Upholding and exemplifying the Point Eight Power brand, mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives is essential to the success of this position and the organization.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions

Physical Requirement: Demanding. Must have ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Employee must be at to sit, climb or balance, hear, use hands, taste/smell, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, stand, walk, talk, and reach with hands and arms.

Working Conditions: Conditions vary per work site: can be high heat, high humidity, exposure to electrical shock and mechanical parts, exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals with fumes and/or airborne particles.

Overtime: As needed.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 6am to 6pm Friday 6am to 4:45pm, Saturday 6am to 12pm.
