Job Duties:

Program & Setup CNC Mills and Lathes

Troubleshoot machining processes and promote machine up time

Read & write G&M code and edit at the control

Provide part run time and tooling requirement estimates for new work being quoted

Verify part conforms to all print dimensions

Plan tooling & inspection requirements for upcoming jobs

Document Lessons Learned to foster an environment of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Compensation:

Schedule: Mon-Thurs 6:00-4:30

Bonus: Company wide profit sharing plan for all employees that do not take unpaid time off. Q1 of 2025 paid $5200/employee

Requirements:

2 yrs CNC Live tool lathe Setup Experience - Preferred

5 yrs CNC programming/machining experience or equivalent combination of education & experience

Fanuc control experience a plus

Pay: $30.00 - $42.50 per hour
