This is a critical role in maintaining production quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards in a manufacturing environment to produce precision parts.

- Set up and operate Mazak CNC machines independently
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T specifications, and technical drawings
- Modify programs using Mazatrol and Gibbs CAM to meet tight tolerances and surface finish requirements
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for materials
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
- Conduct in-process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and other team members to improve processes
- 5+ years of experience operating and setting up CNC Lathe Mazak in a manufacturing environment
- At least 2 years of experience with Mazatrol programming
- Familiarity with Gibbs CAM and ability to modify G-code programs
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T and machining principles
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
