CNC Department Head

Supervise the CNC machining department, familiarity with milling, turning, and conventional machining.

Detail oriented, blueprint reading, working with tolerances to +/-.001 and standard tolerancing of .003-.005.

Ability to schedule jobs, assist in estimating, process travelers, and focus on quality, meeting delivery dates.

Mastercam experience a plus.

All newer equipment consisting of Haas, YamaSeiki, and Onsrud

We are not a production shop and process by jobs with the need to acquire material, do full set-up and process the job. We process a wide variety of jobs and materials. We have in-house engineering and design department for the majority of parts that we machine.
