JOB TITLE: CMMS Specialist III (USAA)
JOB FUNCTION: EMCOR Government Services, Inc. has an immediate need for a CMMS Specialist III in Herndon, VA. responsible for all daily site-based CMMS actions, updates, and reporting. Will play a critical role supporting asset validations and adjustments to the site preventive maintenance program. Workflow processing; to include technician assignment / dispatching, work order processing, customer service, and workflow effectiveness. Fully comprehend, research, develop and / or deliver reports for the Project Manager and Leads. This position is expected to be a learning role that grows in competency and skills with our Maximo CMMS application. Will work with the corporate Center of Excellence for Asset Management (COEAM) staff to affect program changes and mass updates.
