Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified Closing Coordinator to join our RAH team. This onsite role requires excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

In this position you will be responsible for reviewing and processing all paperwork generated by onsite Sales Associates, Escrow and our Home Gallery. Other tasks you will perform include but are not limited to:

Additionally, this role will coordinate the ratification process, taking the contract from the processing stage and tracking it through ratification. Other tasks will include the input of all customer selections into E1, review checklist against submission at presentation of contract package by Sales Associate and verify the accuracy of all contracts and change orders submitted.
