Position Overview:
As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will be a key leader within our organization, responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving team performance, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role demands a hands-on leader who can inspire and mentor a team, improve site efficiencies, and ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards. Flexibility is essential, as this role involves early morning, weekend, and varying hours based on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead, supervise, and coordinate the activities of the cleaning team to consistently achieve production and service goals.
•Provide strong leadership by monitoring and evaluating team performance, offering guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance team effectiveness.
•Uphold safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies, fostering a safe and secure working environment.
•Manage and optimize scheduling, attendance, and timekeeping for team members, ensuring operational efficiency.
•Conduct comprehensive training and professional development for new and existing employees, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
•Address and resolve team issues or conflicts promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
•Collaborate with other supervisors and management to streamline operations, share best practices, and drive process improvements.
•Maintain accurate and detailed records related to team performance, operational metrics, and compliance.
•Lead by example by performing cleaning duties as needed, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and high standards.
•Train and mentor cleaners, focusing on building efficiencies and enhancing performance at various sites.
•Take ownership of covering cleaning shifts and any additional hours required, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
•Be the first point of contact for handling emergencies, last-minute requests, or changes in the schedule, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
•Oversee and manage early morning and weekend cleaning assignments, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:
•2+ years of proven leadership experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably within the cleaning industry.
•Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve high-performance standards.
•Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with team members and clients.
•In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
•Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
