CDL Driver Job Description - BILINGUAL REQUIRED

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CDL Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) and a clean driving record. They must be bilingual and able to operate commercial vehicles with a gross weight of over 26,000 pounds, comply with all traffic laws and regulations, and ensure the timely and safe delivery of goods to their designated locations.

Responsibilities:

•

Operate commercial vehicles with a gross weight of over 26,000 pounds

•

Ensure the safe loading, transportation, and unloading of cargo

•

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment

•

Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and fuel consumption

•

Comply with all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

•

Plan and execute delivery routes, using maps and GPS as necessary

•

Communicate with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues or concerns

•

Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking and adding fluids, changing tires, and replacing bulbs

•

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

•

Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

•

Bilingual

•

Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) and a clean driving record

•

High school diploma or equivalent

•

Proven experience as a CDL Driver or similar role

•

Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards

•

Ability to operate and maintain a variety of commercial vehicles and equipment

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

•

Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 50 pounds) on a regular basis
