Are you in? Primary Purpose:

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Provides detailed administrative and systems support to the Claims Department. Performs a multitude of duties and varied special projects to support both department and business unit’s goals with minimum supervision. Participate in the processing and handling of property damage and bodily injury claims. Coordinate the billing and collection process for assigned Company damage claims. Note: Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24x7 coverage for storms or other energy delivery emergencies

JOB SCOPE

Minimum Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Graduate or equivalent and 5-7 years of related experience. Knowledge of Claims handling process and systems. Proficient in computerized Information Systems

Preferred Qualifications:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Associates or Bachelors degree.

Basic understanding of accounting practices.
