We are seeking motivated and driven Civil Engineers to join our team and support engineering projects across the US. Hiring for multiple entry to mid-level open positions.

“Must-have” profile of the successful candidate include:
•BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering, or related engineering degree
•Registered Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) or Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
•Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and Microsoft Office software
•Ability to travel as needed, for project-related assignments
•Communication skills, ability to find solutions to problems, and get-it-done attitude!
•Valid US Driver’s License, and a reliable means of transportation
“Nice-to-have” skills for the successful candidate may include:
•Progressive design experience in civil/site/land development/renewable energy projects, with an emphasis on site and stormwater management design
•Prior work experience in a consulting engineering firm
•Prior experience with surveying, environmental, permitting/zoning research, critical issues analysis, due diligence/site constraint reviews, feasibility studies, and hydrological modeling
•Solar/renewable energy design experience
•MS in Civil/Environmental Engineering, or related degree

•Working alongside a team of high-performing engineering and technical professionals
•Interfacing directly with coworkers, clients, and stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations
•Preparation of Contract Documents (Applications, Engineering Reports, Site Plans, and Technical Specifications) for permitting and construction.
•Stormwater management design, including hydraulic and hydrologic analysis/evaluation, HydroCAD modeling, preparation of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) and Stormwater Management Reports.
•Preparation of Erosion and Sediment Control/BMP design, Utility, Grading Plans, Construction Phasing/Sequencing Plans, and earthwork volume calculations.
•Actively participating in your career growth, including the opportunity to join elective continuing education courses, being involved in community and professional societies, and managing projects and experiences that stretch you outside of your comfort zone to grow you as a professional.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
