Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects - primarily earthwork-focused - centralized in Colorado Springs. This individual will serve as a critical bridge between the field and the office, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality and safety. The project manager will be in charge of client relationship management and field quality.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead and manage multiple civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
•Develop project schedules, budgets, and scopes in collaboration with estimating and field teams
•Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, clients, and inspectors
•Monitor project progress, costs, and productivity - proactively solving challenges
•Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other project documentation
•Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders
•Uphold safety and quality standards on all projects
•Support and develop field crews by fostering a culture of respect, ownership, accountability, and growth
Required Qualifications
•2 to 5+ years of project management experience in civil construction, with a strong focus on earthwork and/or utilities
•Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively
•Strong understanding of excavation, grading, and utility installation
•Proficient in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
•Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
•Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to local job sites
•On-board with the mission to make the construction industry better
Bonus Qualifications
•Experience with 3D software, such as Civil3D, Trimble, or other 3D software.
•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (field experience considered in lieu of)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
