About the Position:

Structural Technologies’ Engineering Program (STEP) is a cornerstone for your growth from an EIT to a Professional Engineer. Beginning with in-the-field learning and development, our EITs gain real-world investigation and construction experience that will provide a firm foundation for their development in design and analysis. The goal of our STEP program is to develop our people into company leaders. To accomplish that, the program has been structured with a competency-based approach along with an emphasis on individual mentorship. Our EITs will typically spend four years in the program as they develop key skills before progressing as a licensed Professional Engineer or Structural Engineer.

This position will sit with our STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES Baton Rouge team located in Geismar, LA. In this role, you can expect to travel across the Greater Gulf Area 50% of the time with opportunities for international travel.
