Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and supervising children in a safe environment, promoting their development and well-being. Your contributions will be vital in supporting families while maintaining our commitment to quality service.
Responsibilities
•
Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
•
Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children of various ages.
•
Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper hygiene practices are followed.
•
Implement behavior management techniques to support positive interactions among children.
•
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and needs.
•
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area.
Requirements
•
Experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred.
•
Strong knowledge of childhood development principles.
•
First aid certification is highly desirable.
•
Ability to manage behavior effectively in a group setting.
•
Compassionate attitude towards children and their needs.
