As we scale our roofing operations, we are looking for a strategic, experienced, and operationally driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our roofing teams, optimize performance, and drive expansion across the Pacific Northwest.

Position Overview:

As the COO of the Roofing Division, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire operational structure of roofing projects—from estimating and project management to field execution and client satisfaction. You will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, working directly with the CEO to set and execute long-term business strategies, increase profitability, and ensure scalable operations. This role requires deep knowledge of the roofing industry, strong leadership experience, and the ability to manage teams, processes, and financial performance.
