Change Management Lead – EH&S Transformation

Project Overview

We are seeking a strategic, organized, and experienced Change Management Specialist to support a portfolio of transformation initiatives within the Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) function. The selected candidate will collaborate with project teams and leadership to develop, implement, and sustain key change initiatives.

Job Functions & Responsibilities

- Create and execute custom strategies, plans, and documentation based on assessments and impacted groups.

- Design and deliver change management plans, communications, and materials to ensure successful implementation.

- Conduct change impact and benefit assessments, stakeholder interviews, and workshops.

- Partner with Project Managers and teams to align milestones into project timelines.

- Report progress, interdependencies, and flag change-related issues and risks across multiple projects.

- Assess training needs, develop strategies, and support training design and delivery with team members.

- Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization through clear and frequent communication.

- Provide additional change management support as required.

Required Skills

- Proven experience managing multiple large, complex change management workstreams and projects.

- Ability to partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to understand change needs, risks, and provide coaching.

- Skilled at quickly grasping change requirements in large, complex environments (policies, processes, compliance).

- Strong skills in developing and applying change management measures and analytics.

- Excellent communication, coaching, and training delivery abilities.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Teams.

Education & Certifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Organizational Psychology/Leadership, Project Management, Communications, or related field. Graduate-level education a plus.

- 8+ years of experience managing change management programs, projects, and teams.

- Certification in Change Management, Coaching, Project Management, or related area strongly preferred.

- Experience in the utility industry and/or EH&S function is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 per week
