Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in farm and landscape management, with hands-on experience using various power and hand tools. As an Applicator, you will be responsible for applying fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments to ensure the health and beauty of our clients' properties. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
•
Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides according to safety guidelines and regulations.
•
Operate farm machinery and landscape equipment effectively.
•
Utilize power tools and hand tools for various tasks related to lawn care and pest control.
•
Conduct inspections of treated areas to assess effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
•
Maintain accurate records of applications, including types of products used and areas treated.
•
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns regarding treatments.
•
Collaborate with team members on larger projects or when additional support is needed.
Skills
•
Experience in farm or landscape management is preferred.
•
Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
•
Knowledge of lawn care practices, pest control methods, and relevant regulations.
•
Strong sales skills to promote services effectively to clients.
•
Ability to drive vehicles safely to transport equipment and materials as needed.
•
Familiarity with farm machinery operation is a plus.
•
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
•
Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality work standards.

Pesticide license

Aquatic Endorsement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.92 - $22.28 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
