Ceramic Process Technician – Second Shift (Mon to Fri 2 PM to 10:30 PM)

A Snapshot of Your Day

The Ceramic Process Technician supports the core engineering team in executing audits, resolving process issues, and maintaining quality standards in ceramic manufacturing operations.

- Conduct CTQ and injection audits, including PM handovers

- Participate in MRB processes and assist in tooling/parameter adjustments

- Support rapid resolution of findings with a fix-it mindset

- Provide coverage across all four front-end crews (afternoon schedule typical)

- Report on KPIs, audit results, and department metrics

- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

What You Bring

- High school diploma or GED equivalent

- Experience in a manufacturing setting required

- Ceramic manufacturing experience preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

- Familiarity with statistical methods preferred

- Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed

- This position may require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position
