As a front desk clerk/customer service representative, you will serve as a positive first impression of the company at all times, while handling the daily responsibilities of a front desk clerk/customer service with efficiency and ease.
- Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information.
- Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents, etc.
- Monitor front desk and comply with all security procedures for visitors.
- Follow up on customer orders and deliveries as well as coordinate with dispatch estimated arrival time on orders.
- Accept payments as well as process orders for customer pick-up.
