Our technicians play a vital role and are at the core of our company, helping to construct and/or maintain wireless infrastructure (cell towers). We are looking for motivated, physically agile, collaborative individuals to join our team. Position involves travel and performing work at heights reaching 300 ft. Will train!
1. Job Preparation: Review the scope of work with your Foreman. Work with Warehouse Manager to identify materials, load vehicles and stock supplies/tools.
2. Technical: Assist with tower construction and maintenance by climbing towers or serving as a ground technician assembling tower components, performing physical labor, general construction. Assist with the operation and interpretation of testing equipment, project plans, client requests. Drive company vehicles.
3. Utilize Tools and Equipment. Use, manage, and care for a variety of tools and equipment throughout the workday including but not limited to testing equipment, hand tools, rental equipment, vehicles, trailers, etc…
4. Safety & Training: Perform safety checks, participate in safety discussions , and maintain the highest standards of safety protocol. Participate in a variety of trainings as needed to maintain compliance and standards within industry.
5. Documentation: Utilize diverse online programs to complete technical work and communicate with co-workers, including Email, Microsoft Teams, Trello, Etc...

10. Ensure project list is complete and safety concerns are addressed
- Driver’s License with a good driving record (past 3 years)
- Drug testing required
- Ability to travel throughout the northwest and be out of town 5 days a week (most often home on the weekends).
- Ability to work overtime
- Experience in construction, engineering, electrical work, maintenance, or equivalent which provides you the skills necessary to perform the duties.
- Experience in wireless infrastructure construction.
