Job Description

•

Learn how to operate lube truck

•

Maintain yard

•

Learn/help with monthly inventory and weekly tote count

•

Help load and unload trucks and learn all duties of lube truck driver

•

Lubricant Driver- Salesman trainee can expect to make $60,000 + commissions. This position is full time and Travel is required.

Role and Responsibilities

•

Lubricant/Chemical Driver Salesman trainee have multiple roles and responsibilities; 1st being committed to working safely while performing duties and operating a motor vehicle in accordance to state and federal laws.

•

This position is a combination of oil field worker and CDL driver jobs.

•

Some duties include driving to & from customer locations,

•

operation of the Chemoil’s truck pumping & storage systems,

•

completing delivery documentation and coordinating with customer service team members to ensure customer satisfaction and documents are in order for the company.

•

This position typically begins the day’s work at a Chemoil operated facility where product inventory is maintained.

•

Orders flow from customer service to the driver-trainee where upon trucks are loaded, routes are planned, work is performed on customer locations (driver-trainee operate the trucks systems to assist customer perform multiple types of preventative maintenance duties), products are delivered and delivery documents are prepared on location.

•

Chemoil provides on-the-job training to perform the duties listed above and routinely works with driver-trainee to ensure efficient operations and long term career development.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

•

Class A CDL license enabling the candidate to operate vehicles weighing 26,001 pounds or greater, or any combination of vehicles weighing 26,001 pounds or greater when towing a trailer weighing more than 10,000 pounds.

•

Hard work ethic and communication skills including ability to complete deliver & inventory documents and desire to provide world class customer service while performing duties for our valued customers.

Preferred Skills

Self-starting motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors in the dynamic natural resources business are preferred candidates. Customer’s work closely with our personnel, therefore good organization and communication skills are crucial. Mechanical skills are a plus, realizing Chemoil provides training to ensure trainees are confident and capable prior to operating independently.
