Purpose of Position:
The expeditor/laborer position will be responsible for & coordinates support for transporting employees, freight hauling and materials to camp operations as needed. CDL required. Must complete tasks and assist with logistics, as assigned. Primary purpose is to expedite, load & unload, and stocking groceries, lines, baggage and other supplies to various locations and camps on the North Slope.
Educational Requirements:
•High school diploma or G.E.D
Experience and Background:
•Background in driving, general labor work, other entry level type positions.
•Previous experience working a rotational schedule in camps preferred
Certificates, Licenses and Requirements:
•Valid commercial driver license required
•North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC) Card preferred, not required
•Ability to lift & carry 50 pounds on regular basis, routine walking, standing, bending. There is a lack of immediate access to critical medical services, as well as urban community services.
•Must pass a pre-hire drug test, breath alcohol test, occupational fitness test, criminal background check and computer-based testing.
•Rotational schedule of at least 11.50 hours per day for a minimum of 21days consecutively as required.

•Perform other tasks as assigned locates and transports materials and people to job sites using box trucks, pick-ups, buses and flatbed trucks.
•Sort and file paperwork, and deliver paperwork to other locations.
•Maintain housekeeping in the docks and trucks.
•Maintain daily checks of fluids and minor maintenance of fleet.
•Must be competent in operating a box truck and passenger bus in all driving conditions.
•Maintain a thorough knowledge of greater North Slope operations.
•Must be competent in tying down loads with straps.
•Make deliveries and pickups with other staff.
•Attend and participate in safety meeting every morning.
•Must be able to pull and push pallet jack full of freight.
•Other duties will be assigned to this position as needs require.
