CDL Class A Truck Driver

Position: CDL Driver

Starting Pay: $24.00-25.00 per hour Location: New Castle, PA Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM; weekends as needed Home Every Day!

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious CDL Driver to join our team. As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods to various destinations while ensuring timely deliveries, vehicle safety, and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule that includes some weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods.

- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

- Maintain a clean driving record and follow all traffic laws and company policies.

- Inspect the vehicle before and after trips for safety and maintenance.

- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.

- Load and unload goods, as required.

- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.

- Follow designated routes and schedules to meet delivery deadlines.

- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.

Qualifications:

- Valid CDL (Class A) license.

- Must be able to drive standard transmission trucks (E Restriction drivers will not be contacted).

- Clean driving record.

- Ability to pass background check and drug test.

- At least 1 year of CDL driving experience preferred.

- Ability to lift and move items as needed.

- Strong attention to safety and detail.
